Problem: Pro-Con needed a training course for employees that are on the receiving dock. Because there are various ways they receive items in, there are inconsistencies and errors often.

Solution: An eLearning course was created for the receiving department. There are four ways to receive in product, so Pro-Con decided that a 4 page job aid would be helpful for employees on the job to be able to quickly reference as needed.
