Hi there! My name is Madison Bonikowske, and I am an instructional designer with a passion for the design process. I believe that good design is essential in creating effective learning experiences that engage and inspire learners. I have a strong background in training, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including many in the manufacturing world, and I always strive to bring my creativity and attention to detail to each one. When I'm not designing, I enjoy cooking, traveling, photography, and spending time outside with family, which I believe helps me to stay inspired and bring fresh perspectives to my work.
